We specialize in troubleshooting and re-programming control systems. Our programming experience includes Innotech, Control Basic (Reliable Controls and Delta Controls), Distech, and others. We integrate existing and new systems using BACnet IP, BACnet MS/TP, Modbus, and manufacturer-specific HVAC automation software.

Residential
For residential clients we begin with an energy analysis and design report, providing you with the knowledge you need to confidently connect with contractors for clear, apples-to-apples quotes. We provide you with an understanding of the hardware options that are best suited to your specific project. We then assist on an as-needed basis as your trusted consultant.
Commissioning Provider
From initial concept through to operations and maintenance, Altum is here for you. We are experienced in managing projects remotely and collaborating with on-site engineers and contractors. This allows us to provide our specialized input on projects anywhere in the world. We assist with procurement and management of regional professionals and contractors who understand the factors that are unique to their jurisdiction.

Daniel Booy, Owner
Working in sustainable infrastructure design and construction since 1996, Daniel has dedicated his career to sustainable development.
With a solid background in construction, Daniel is registered as a professional mechanical engineer in BC and has a diploma in mechanical engineering technology.

Most recently becoming an AEE Certified Energy Auditor, Daniel is committed to professional development and guides the Altum team with an enthusiasm for life long learning.
